30-Day Returns
We want you to feel confident ordering from New Found Thread. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with the original tags in resalable condition. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions and confirm eligibility.
Free size exchange
We provide one free size exchange per order for the same product, subject to availability. Contact hello@newfoundthread.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the replacement size at no additional shipping charge.
Returns for a refund
For ordinary returns requested for a refund, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Incorrect or defective items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us promptly at hello@newfoundthread.com. New Found Thread will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags
Refunds
We will inspect your return and notify you when it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled until fulfillment begins. Once an order has been fulfilled, it must follow the return process above.
