Refund policy

Returns: 

We use measure-to-fit sizing, not vanity sizing.  If you know your actual size, not what your current pants tell you, then you should expect a perfect fit when you order and receive your shipment.

Items must be returned in original packaging, meaning pant wrapper, labels, and stickers must not be damaged.  Items must be packed as received within 14 days of delivery, and in original condition, and arrive ready to restock, otherwise, returns will be subject to  repackaging, and/or restocking fees of a minimum of 15% each, if not rejected as returns.  All returns are carefully inspected, and sizing measured.  If a returned item cannot be restocked for any reason, and at the discretion of New Found Thread, then then items will be returned to customer.

Returns must also arrive with a note of explanation for return, which is used to assist us in processing your turn.  Packages without notes may be returned.

Several types of goods are non-refundable and non-returnable:

-Gift cards

-Sale Items

-Flash sale items

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding status of your refund. 

Refunds are credited and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If not approved, we will will ship the product back to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: NFT RETURNS, 2216 Edgartown Lane, Smyrna, GA 30080. Please maintain any tracking numbers or records for future verification. Unless the item is defective, or not the size, color, or model originally ordered, in which case, we will provide return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
